About Pamela
I am a Registered Nurse with experience in medical-surgical nursing, psychiatric care, hospice, trauma-level hospital settings, and private-duty nursing. I work with both pre-nursing students preparing for the TEAS and current nursing students who want stronger understanding and confidence in their coursework
Nursing school is challenging, but with the right guidance and structure, students can succeed with confidence. I enjoy helping future nurses build the foundation they need to move forward.

I understand that nursing school can feel overwhelming because students are expected to master large amounts of information quickly while also learning how to think like a nurse. My goal is to help students slow the material down, understand what matters most, and build confidence step by step.
In addition to tutoring content, I help students strengthen study strategy, test-taking skills, and clinical reasoning so they are better prepared not just for exams, but for nursing school success overall.
About My Lessons
My lessons are structured, supportive, and personalized based on each student’s needs.
For TEAS students, I help identify strengths and weaknesses in:

• Reading
• English & language usage
For nursing students, I provide support in:
• Medical-surgical concepts
• Fundamentals
• Dosage calculations
• Care plans
• Test anxiety
• Learning disabilities
•Neuro divergence
• Exam preparation
• NCLEX-style thinking
• Study organization and strategy
Sessions focus on understanding concepts. I often teach students how to recognize patterns in exam questions and how to approach test questions with confidence.
Students are welcome to bring class material, practice tests, or topics they are struggling with so we can work through them together.
