Personalised Learning Methodology, tailor learning to individual learning needs, allowing students to progress at their own speed. I have mentored Student Nurses historically and like to present real-world issues and support students to think analytically. A typical length of lesson is 60 minutes. I have over 20 years' experience and have taken a Mentorship course at university to understand teaching styles and supporting mechanisms.
