About Emily
With over 20 years of business management and mentoring experience, I am a registered career development professional (RCDP) and a freelance therapeutic business coach. I help small business owners improve their mental resilience, communication, leadership skills, productivity, and well-being within the workplace. I also work as a career consultant specializing in the entertainment industry, where I coach and mentor actors, creatives, and media professionals on how to achieve their career goals and find their niche in the competitive market.
In addition, I am the managing director of Reflections Talent Agency, an international company that represents diverse, multilingual, and highly skilled talent in fight, stunt, and motion capture. I have built a reputation for providing quality, hardworking talent to various productions, such as Mission Impossible, Den of Thieves 2, Dungeons and Dragons, and Operation Fortune. As a trained meditation teacher and a mindfulness coach, I also help my clients and talent reduce stress and anxiety levels, improve sleep, and increase productivity, enabling them to reach their full potential.
