REFORMER Pilates STOTT – In my Home Studio, Private 1:1 (Blackhorse Road – Victoria Line)

As a back sufferer, I decided to work on strengthening my spine, and Pilates was recommended as a rehab modality. Stefano's knowledge of reformer Pilates and intimate knowledge of human structure and function proved to be a great choice. After just two sessions, he has made a positive impact on my condition and activities. A friendly professional with dedication and a human touch.

I’ve been having lessons with Stefano for a while and really cant recommend him highly enough. His background in dance gives him a unique insight into how the body aligns and he develops great lessons to help with specific areas. His focus and attention is second to none and he’s a very natural easy teacher too.

Stefano is a fantastic Reformer Pilates instructor. He is very attentive and tailors each session to my needs. Since starting our private sessions at home, I’ve already improved some physical issues I had and feel much stronger and more balanced. I really appreciate his support and professionalism — highly recommended!

I did a 1-1 Pilates lesson with Stefano, he found my level quickly when we started and adjusted the class so it felt personalised to me. I like that he explained where on your body you’ll be working and makes adjustments to make sure you are in the correct position. Lots of knowledge to make it easier or harder at times.
