About Varshini
Being an RYS 200 certified Multi Style Yoga Trainer, I teach Hatha, Ashtanga, and Vinyasa Yoga! I have been teaching yoga for 2 years and practicing it for 17 years. I have also been a certified Yin Yoga Trainer from Bodsphere.
I consult people using ayurvedic therapy and suggest an ayurvedic diet to get rid of weight, and design diet plans to cure ailments.
Focused on producing value for people, have learned multiple styles of yoga over time and have created an impact on several people in the past.

We will combine the art of vinyasa yoga with hatha yoga to provide maximum burning of calories and reduce that extra flab!
The class has a unique time-tested methodology that worked for several people to be beautiful physically, stay healthy, and reduce ailments that happen because of heavyweight.
Class starts with Yogic stretches followed by Vinyasa yoga sequences to burn calories and ends with Kriyas and Yoga Nidra to help calm the body and the mind.
Visible differences can be seen in just 6 weeks if classes are attended and instructions are followed religiously with commitment.
These 3 hrs you are spending in a week should transform you in 2 months and show up visibly!
