About John
Since the dawn of the millennium I’ve been working in Change. Helping people to chill, take a step back and find their natural groove. Stress is a responce, its your responce to stimulus, or thoughts... there are different ways to act. To respond to situations rather than react to them.
Since January 2005 I've assisted at over 60 Hypnosis and NLP Seminars with Dr Richard Bandler and the society of NLP. I've assisted UK Hypnotist and self-help phenomenon Paul McKenna PhD at his events big and small, including at The Excel Centre and Wembley Arena.
Each year I spend many months in different countries, exploring and deepening my understanding of systems for transformation and change...

Most people think being resilient is about having a Superhuman ability to endure hardship... that sounds like hard work, why endure it?
Real resilience isn't about surviving damage, it's about setting up your life and mind so that the chaos around you doesn't throw you off balance in the first place. The strongest way to be resilient is to simply stop caring about what doesn't matter! Then there is less to 'bounce back from'.
And because you stay calm, clarity of thought is with you and solutions to what could have been a huge problem appear (are easier to 'see'.)
You’ll learn to look at unexpected problems as simple challenges to solve, rather than personal emergencies. This keeps you calm and lets you move forward while everyone else is frozen in place.
