About Aidan
I've just graduated from the University of Cambridge with a degree in Mathematics. I have been tutoring since lockdown (crazy!), and really enjoy helping everyone to enjoy maths, and to be confident in themselves!
At my university, we have these sessions called supervisions, which is essentially a private tutoring session between two students and a professor. Since I have had a lot of these, with many different professors, I know what works and what doesn't when it comes to tutoring!!

My approach towards a teaching session will always depend on what you need from me.
For many students who may need a bit of extra support with GCSE maths, I take an approach of reviewing key material, and presenting it in an understandable and engaging way. I can provide fun sessions with games such as 'defeat the killer triangles' that present the material in an enjoyable way. For others, a more rigorous focus on content and exam-style questions is very beneficial, and I am able to use my experience as someone who has sat these exams recently and knows what is needed to gain top marks in them. Of course, I will make sure to make this engaging and enjoyable for you as well!
However, my overall aim is to be kind and supportive, and help you enjoy maths. I truly believe that everyone can do and enjoy maths, and what I aim to provide you is the confidence that you are also good at maths, and that you can enjoy it! :)
