About Christian
Hey! I'm Christian (you can call me Chris too!) and I'm a recent IB graduate of the class of 2022.
Taking the International Baccalaureate (IB) programme is a rigorous, yet worthwhile journey. In IB chemistry (HL/SL), Psychology (HL/SL) and Mathematics: Analysis and Approaches (SL), I have learnt a wealth of information not only about these subjects, but how to best study for them in the IB system.
I found IB pretty difficult and only just in the final semester discovered so many useful tricks that helped me immensely; to pass on these tips to the new generation of IB students would be an honour :)

About the lesson

Each subject is unique in its examination and the way you should study for it; my tutoring for each of these subjects would come to reflect this.
My tutoring is guided by the student: they relay areas of concern prior to sessions, then I will do the proper preparation to address this key area in the session. This may involve fostering a conversation in critical thinking, or annotating/making diagrams and mind-maps to better understand complex processes.
In my 1-hour tutor sessions, I will be able to guide the student through areas of concern, ending each with a discussion about sustaining proper understanding of the area(s) discussed through the IB journey.
