About Payal
Hi, I am Payal from Arunachal Pradesh, India
I am a certified personal trainer from INFS. I have 2.5 years of experience as a fitness coach and 1.5 years as a badminton coach. In both fields, I have learned that fitness can do magic in terms of your athletic performance and day-to-day functionality. Fitness is not about only looking asthetic its more than that once you start indulging it in your day-to-day life.
I am still learning, and this learning will continue forever. The day I say I have learned everything is the day I will quit this job :)
