Hi there, I’m Sandro! With over 5 years of experience as a certified life coach, I’m passionate about helping people find balance, confidence, and clarity. Life can be overwhelming sometimes, but I’m here to help you make sense of it all, whether that’s managing stress, building resilience, or navigating life’s big changes. What makes my approach different is that I listen first. I take the time to understand your challenges and then create practical, personalized strategies to help you move forward. I’ve been lucky enough to work with people from all walks of life—students, professionals, and anyone ready to make a positive change. I’m certified in mindfulness, resilience training, and life coaching, but what really sets me apart is my commitment to helping you feel truly heard and supported throughout the process. How I Teach
Every person’s journey is unique, so I tailor each session to your specific needs and goals. My teaching combines practical tools with a lot of listening and understanding. Whether it’s stress relief, building confidence, or finding clarity in your career or personal life, we’ll work together to create a plan that actually works for you.

We’ll start by chatting about what’s on your mind and where you’re feeling stuck. Then, I’ll guide you through personalized exercises—maybe a mindfulness practice, stress-management tips, or a strategy to help you tackle a challenge head-on. By the end of the session, you’ll have clear, achievable steps to work on until we meet again.
