I’m certified in mindfulness, resilience training, and life coaching, but what really sets me apart is my commitment to helping you feel truly heard and supported throughout the process. How I Teach
Every person’s journey is unique, so I tailor each session to your specific needs and goals. My teaching combines practical tools with a lot of listening and understanding. Whether it’s stress relief, building confidence, or finding clarity in your career or personal life, we’ll work together to create a plan that actually works for you.

We’ll start by chatting about what’s on your mind and where you’re feeling stuck. Then, I’ll guide you through personalized exercises—maybe a mindfulness practice, stress-management tips, or a strategy to help you tackle a challenge head-on. By the end of the session, you’ll have clear, achievable steps to work on until we meet again.
