About Anthony
I am very interested in the mechanics of the human body. Since childhood I have always been curious and used my own body as an experimental tool, for example when I was in junior high school I was curious about 'Vertical Jump', so I did research on the best method and applied it to my own body.
If you are used to this kind of learning method, then all the information I will guarantee has been scientifically proven and not made up or ridiculous.
Since college I started to explore bodybuilding and train my body naturally (without using performance enhancing drugs or steroids). Therefore, I believe that the methods that I have successfully applied to me can be adapted and also applied to others, because I am a natural athlete.
