I am currently working towards a license in teaching and have tutored students of different grade levels in reading. I was partnered with a non-profit organization, Bookmark Buddies, to help third-graders achieve a passing score of 2 or higher on the state standardized test.

My teaching method is to work with students, either individually or in a group setting, based on the level and needs. My priority is to set goals and have each and every student achieve beyond the set goal. As a tutor, I take the time to get to know the student and their learning style preferences in order to successfully help them reach their goals. I go above and beyond to help my students.
