About Ben
I achieved 11 grade 9's in my GCSEs and A*A*A*A* in my A-levels. I have prior experience tutoring GCSE and A-level students, ran revision courses at school, and have tutored students on writing super personal statements for competitive entry to UK universities. I am reading Biology for a Masters at Oxford with hopes to stay in academia afterwards.

I believe that understanding a concept fully is incredibly helpful to exam success - and much quicker, easier and enjoyable that memorisation and regurgitation. Hence, I deliver 30 - 90 minute lessons that aim to fully elucidate tricky topics from the GCSE and A-level syllabus for biology (and chemistry and maths as requested by topic). Having achieved A*A*A*A* at A-level recently, I have a comprehensive understanding of what it takes to be exam-successful. My sessions are geared toward students of secondary education (ages 11-18) who are preparing for exams or need additional help on tricky topics.
