About Theo
My name’s Theo, and I know what it feels like to want a real transformation. When I started out, I was 6’1” and just 65kg—tall, skinny, and unsure how to build the body I wanted. Over the course of more than two years, I committed myself to the gym, training under specialised programmes and diving deep into research-backed methods. Through consistent work, structured nutrition, and years of trial, error, and study, I added 20kg of lean muscle and tripled my strength across all major lifts. I now weigh 85kg lean, and every bit of that progress came from applying the exact strategies I now use to help others. I’ve worked with people from all backgrounds—those trying to gain size like I did, and others focused on fat loss, muscle definition, or improving overall strength. My coaching is personalised, practical, and built on real results. If you're ready to train smarter, not just harder, I’d be excited to help you do the same

You’ll get personalised programmes focused on strength training, fat loss, muscle building, conditioning, or general fitness—depending on your needs. I also prioritise correct technique, injury prevention, and sustainable progress over quick fixes. Sessions can be held at your home, outdoors, in a gym, or online—whatever works best for you. I’ll guide you through each step, keep you motivated, and help you build long-lasting habits that lead to real change.
