About Elina
Besides being an experienced meditator myself, I have been teaching mindfulness, yoga and meditation for over 10 years. Meditation has long been proven to reduce stress, induce relaxation and increase productivity. Over the years, I hear from numerous students the reasons they struggle to meditate consistently and I know exactly how to help them to overcome the challenges/barriers, cultivate a compassionate and consistent meditation practice to help them achieve mental health wellness.

There isn't a one size fits all when it comes to meditation, and the key is to find one or two techniques that would work for you. I teach simple and proven meditation techniques that don't require the student to meditate for long periods or sit cross-legged to see results. If you struggle to "quiet your mind", "think of nothing", I can help. Lessons are 30-45 mins long, and best suited for busy adults.
