About Eppe
After over a decade on my own healing journey, I discovered something talk therapy alone couldn’t give me: true change at the root level. It helped me cope—but it didn’t shift the deep patterns or heal the pain held in my body. That’s where somatic coaching came in. Because the truth is: the body keeps the score, not just the mind. On my journey to become a coach I have done over 100 hours of training which has been mainly through The Embody Lab with incredible facilitators including Gabor Mate, Arielle Schwartz and Kai Cheng Thom. I have also done more than 25 hours of practice with other coaches and therapists so that we can effectively use everything that we have been taught which has also given me the chance to feel the effects of these sessions firsthand both as a coach and client. I’ve fully immersed myself in this transformational training and it continues to change my life. Now, I want to guide others to change their lives too.

Every person is different, so I don’t follow a rigid formula. Once I understand why you're seeking support, I work intuitively and responsively, always centered on your needs in the moment. I consider: What you’re ready to explore today What might need more time and care What feels overwhelming vs. what feels possible How we can move at your pace without getting stuck My sessions are goal-oriented, but never at the cost of your safety. Especially for clients healing from trauma, anxiety, or burnout, just feeling safe is already an achievement. I've been there—through trauma, panic attacks, and long periods of stress—so emotional safety isn’t just a theory for me. It's the foundation of my approach. My role is to help you reach your goals by guiding you to process what’s happening in your body and creating the conditions where change can happen safely. Tools and Approaches I Use: Nervous System Regulation – as a foundation Somatic Exercises – hundreds of tools to help you feel, move, and release stuck energy Parts Work (IFS-inspired) – to reconnect with parts of you that may have fragmented due to trauma, anxiety, or chronic stress Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy – body scans, breathwork, and present-moment awareness practices Music as Medicine – for those moments when words aren’t enough, music can help express and release what we feel Everything I use is tailored to you. If something isn’t helpful, we simply won’t use it. Why online coaching works beautifully If something feels unfamiliar but potentially helpful—like punching a pillow or shaking your body to release stress—you can try it with total privacy. You’re free to turn your mic and camera off, then come back on afterward and tell me how it felt. Online coaching also means: No travel No office space that doesn’t feel like you You can work from your bed, your sofa, or anywhere you feel safe—maybe even with a pet nearby If you’re ready to reconnect with yourself, build nervous system safety, and move forward with gentle but powerful support, I’d love to work with you.
