About Julian
I am currently taking a sabbatical to travel the world; however I miss being in the classroom interacting and sharing with students.
I take an evidenced based approach to learning using various pedagogical techniques to ensure knowledge is committed to the long term memory. I also know how the examiners mark work and use this in my teaching.

I will tailor lessons to suit the needs of the learner. For example most lessons would involve assessing your knowledge on a particular topic before moving onto reteaching/ learning then finishing up with exam practice. The key to learning is doing so during the sessions you will be answering a lot of questions (verbal and written) in order to reinforce material.
As I have been teaching for several years I am very familiar with the syllabus and can target exam technique to boost your grades with minimum effort - work smarter not harder!
Lessons should be 45 min - 1 hour, possibly a little longer for A-level if your concentration span allows it!
