About Damon
Hi! I’m Damon, a qualified PE teacher and Head of Athletics with five years of experience teaching GCSE PE, A-Level PE (OCR), and Cambridge National Sport Science. I’m based on the Isle of Wight and offer friendly, easy-to-understand online lessons for students who want to improve their confidence and boost their grades.
I specialise in breaking down tricky theory, building solid exam skills, and helping students feel prepared rather than stressed. My teaching style is clear, supportive, and focused on making steady progress every lesson.
