About Harween
Hello, I'm Harween, a qualified teacher with a BSc (Hons) in International Business and Management from Aston University and two years of classroom teaching experience.
I am passionate about helping students develop both their understanding of Business, English and Maths and their confidence in the subject. I understand that every student learns differently, so I tailor each lesson to suit their individual learning style, pace and goals. Whether you're aiming to improve your grades, prepare for upcoming exams or simply gain a better understanding of key concepts, I will provide patient, structured and supportive guidance every step of the way.
My lessons are engaging, well organised and focused on helping students apply their knowledge rather than simply memorising content. I believe that when students understand the reasoning behind concepts, they become more confident and perform better in assessments.
As a classroom teacher, I have experience working with students of different abilities and adapting my teaching to meet individual needs. I strive to create a positive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes and developing their confidence.
My goal is not only to help students achieve excellent results but also to make learning enjoyable and rewarding. I look forward to supporting you in reaching your academic goals.

I am a qualified UK teacher with a BSc (Hons) in International Business and Management from Aston University and have two years of classroom teaching experience. I currently teach Business, English and Maths to students across different ability levels and have experience adapting lessons to meet individual learning needs. My classroom experience has given me a strong understanding of the GCSE and BTEC curriculum, effective teaching strategies and how to help students build both knowledge and confidence.
My lessons are suitable for GCSE Business, BTEC Business, pre-GCSE Business, GCSE English and GCSE Maths and students who would like additional support with revision, coursework and exam preparation. I welcome learners of all abilities and aim to help every student achieve their personal academic goals through patient, encouraging and personalised tuition.
Every student learns differently, so I tailor each lesson to their individual needs, learning style and academic goals. My teaching approach focuses on creating a supportive and engaging environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and developing confidence in their abilities.
My lessons are structured and begin by identifying the student's strengths and any areas they find challenging. I then explain concepts in a clear and straightforward way using real-life examples, interactive discussions and exam-style questions. Throughout each lesson, I regularly check understanding and provide constructive feedback to help students make consistent progress. For students preparing for exams, I place a strong emphasis on exam technique, answering questions effectively and understanding what examiners are looking for.
A typical lesson lasts 60 minutes, although longer sessions can be arranged if required. Lessons are well structured, balancing teaching, guided practice and independent problem-solving to maximise learning.
