My approach to teaching is to treat each chid as an individual. Every child has different needs, personalities, come from different backgrounds and have a different way of learning. I feel it is important to consider each child’s needs and accommodate them when planning and conducting lessons. Working with little children, it is important to be kind, caring and constantly praise learners as they need positive reinforcement which contributes to a learner’s confidence and overall growth. I love helping people and this is what inspired me to do teaching, it brings me joy to see the growth of each child as they go from the known to the unknown.
