My teaching approach consist of student centredness. The reason for this is to let each student explore their own way of thinking and not being taught a certain method, but rather the way they think about a concept or mathematics. I love making a lesson fun but at the same time focused on the work being taught. I want to be a facilitator to the learners and not someone who dominates their way of thinking.
