Phumlani has excellent people and leadership skills and has the ability to adapt to various teaching situations. Phumlani came to my assistance while we were running a project in equipping a group of high school students with study skills for various school subjects. He focused on Accounting and I observed that he is self-disciplined and a hard worker. Thus, I feel that his enthusiasm, flexibility, intelligence and a diverse background with much to offer in teaching Accounting will be an added advantage in joining Superprof.
