My teaching method is based on the safety and integrity of my students, in conviviality and sharing!
The idea is to adapt sports coaching to your abilities and the goal you are looking for.
The first session is dedicated to carrying out a personal questionnaire as well as a form assessment aimed at assessing your starting level in all of your physical qualities.
During our sessions will help you get to know yourself better and identify what types of exercises are suitable to achieve your goals according to your level.
The workouts are personalized and varied in order to avoid fatigue.
The courses are aimed at all levels: beginner, intermediate, confirmed; options will always be given in order to adapt the exercises for each one.
At home, outdoors, alone or accompanied!
