About Nasim
I'm Nassim, and I'm a Certified Personal Fitness Trainer & TRX Coach, and I have obtained my bachelor's degree in Sport Science and Coaching. Helping people to achieve their fitness goals, especially in strength training, is my passion. I help my clients to improve their Muscle strength and build a strong core. Stretching & Flexibility are also an essential part of my training with clients in every session. Every client is different with their own special types of exercise, diet, and lifestyle. My approach is to create a tailored program for each client based on their needs and Lifestyle.
