About Jules
I have 4 years' experience teaching Spanish (GCSE and A Level) and French (KS3) at a secondary school in London, including teaching many lessons online. I have worked as an AQA Associate Examiner for the Spanish GCSE Speaking exam. I have a Secondary PGCE from Goldsmiths College, University of London in Modern Foreign Languages. I have a 2:1 Honours degree in Spanish and Drama from Kent University. I taught English as Foreign Language in Spain and Ecuador for four years and I am CertTESOL qualified.
I like to use a combination of formal grammar learning, text analysis and general conversation in my lessons, which focus on getting students the best grades in exams. I am also flexible to the needs and wants of students, e.g. I am happy to provide general language learning in a style that suits them best.
