About Almas
My name is Almas and I am a qualified secondary maths teacher with a degree in Biomedical Sciences. Tutoring has been a hobby of mine since I was young, which I carried on during university by tutoring GCSE maths online. However throughout my education I have made my hobby into a passion. I have spent a lot of time working with different students of different ages and backgrounds to help to improve my approach in teaching.

I work hard to learn exactly what my students weakest spots are so we can work together on strengthening them. Also keeping in mind that every student is different, I tailor my teaching to ensure the student is learning in a way that best suits them so we can make the most of our lessons together.
My lessons usually consist of blocks of 1-2 hours. During this time I will teach the student a lesson I have prepared in advance and make sure I keep some time to go over anything they may have come across between lessons and questions that may have arisen during the lesson.
