About P
I am a qualified Science Teacher with experience teaching Biology, Chemistry and Physics across KS3 and KS4. I am passionate about helping students grow in confidence and reach their potential. I enjoy making science accessible and engaging, and I believe every student can succeed with the right support and encouragement. Seeing students understand concepts they once found challenging is one of the most rewarding parts of teaching, which is why I enjoy tutoring and providing personalised support outside the classroom.

My lessons are tailored to each student's individual needs and learning style. I focus on building confidence, breaking down complex scientific concepts into manageable steps and creating a supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions. Whether a student needs help with Biology, Chemistry or Physics, I adapt my teaching to ensure lessons are engaging, accessible and focused on their goals. I regularly check understanding throughout lessons and use a variety of examples and practice questions to reinforce learning. My aim is not only to improve academic performance but also to help students become more independent and confident learners.
