About Denise
I am a friendly and approachable humanitarian. From a young age I wanted to heal the world and spread happiness. I am passionate about my profession to share the awareness of health and wellbeing, the benefits of nature and authentic living as this model is the foundation of self-preservation. In an evolving fast-paced world, calmness and kindness is often misinterpreted as a weakness (actually it is a choice, it is your strength). So often we operate in a mode that is sometimes beyond our capability, then triggering self-sabotaging behaviour, being devalued, bullied, overworked, excess multitasking. With a light and professional approach, I aim to inspire self-discovery and acceptance in others so they may learn to release the hold of stress and tension and move forward from the cycle of imbalance.

A compassionate approach of learning sustainable ways to better cope with stress, panic attacks, triggers of trauma response and methods of how to release anxiety and bodily tension. If you're here, it means you seek a better way to improve your health and well-being. Prolonged stress is unrelenting and can manifest itself within the body and mind, wreaking havoc on daily life and social interactions. Allow me to guide you in the journey of self-compassion without judgement, teaching you the attainable skills to better manage these times so you can "Stress less and release more".
