About Sophie
I’m a former professional ballerina with over a decade of teaching and performing experience, dedicated to inspiring the next generation of dancers. After retiring from the stage, I transitioned into teaching and have since worked at full-time ballet schools, where many of my students have gone on to perform professionally in both ballet and musical theatre.
From 2020 to 2024, I owned and directed my own performing arts studio in Koh Tao, Thailand, fostering a vibrant and inclusive community of dancers of all levels. During the pandemic, I began teaching online — a practice I continue today — where I can connect with students around the world.

With over 12 years of teaching experience in studio and online, my classes focus on strong technical foundations, artistry, and developing confidence both in and out of the studio, all while having fun through learning.
Classes are 60 minutes long, and all levels are welcome as each student will receive a tailored class depending on their level and experience in their chosen dance subject.
