About Sasha
My name is Sasha and I am a qualified primary school teacher currently teaching Year 2. I am dedicated to helping children develop confidence in their learning and building strong foundations in English and Maths.
I decided to become a teacher because I enjoy supporting children as they grow academically and personally. It is very rewarding to see a child overcome challenges, gain confidence and start to enjoy learning.
Through tutoring, I want to give students the extra support and attention that can sometimes be difficult in a busy classroom. I aim to create a calm and encouraging environment where children feel comfortable asking questions and learning at their own pace.
My aim is to make learning engaging and enjoyable while helping each student reach their full potential.

As a Year 2 primary school teacher, I understand how important it is for children to build strong foundations in both English and Maths. My approach to tutoring focuses on creating a supportive and encouraging environment where children feel confident to ask questions, practise new skills, and develop a positive attitude towards learning.
Every child learns differently, so I tailor my lessons to suit each student’s individual needs and learning style. I use engaging activities, clear explanations, and practical examples to help children fully understand concepts rather than simply memorising them.
With my experience teaching in Key Stage 1, I have strong knowledge of phonics, early reading, writing development, and the maths skills children need to progress through primary school. I also support children in preparing for assessments and help them strengthen areas they may find challenging.
My goal is not only to improve academic skills but also to help children grow in confidence and enjoy learning. I work closely with parents and provide feedback on progress so that we can work together to support each child’s development.
