About Niamh
I am a qualified primary school teacher who is fluent in Irish and has a huge grá for Gaeilge, in speaking it and promoting it in everyday life. I want to help make studying for the Junior or Leaving Cert easier, as I know how old and difficult the curriculum can become. For those out of school wanting to learn Gaeilge, I want to help make the process as easy as possible, learning our lovely language and will try my best to help you with your cúpla focail.

About the lesson

The lessons will take place online, where the student will get an introduction into key vocabulary, grammar, focus on sráith pictúirí and general conversation prompts. The focus is not to rote learn answers but to build a bank of knowledge and words which will help to prompt you in the oral/general conversation. A range of high-quality notes will be provided, and the lessons will be student-focused, on what they learn. The classes will be tailored to students' ways of learning.
Lessons typically last 50 minutes to one hour.
I am a qualified primary school teacher who is fluent in Gaeilge. Lessons are for people of all ages, with a focus for students doing the Junior and Leaving Cert, but are also suitable for those beginning to learn the language or progressing from beginner to intermediate.
