About Naama
I love teaching Pilates and Bellydance and the two go very well together. I love seeing the journey of improvement of my students no matter if they are beginners or advanced.
We all support each other even on Zoom. I will see you on my big screen and correct you live on Zoom so you won't learn incorrectly and your foundations will be solid so you can then progress with your journey.

I am a Pilates and Bellydance teacher with 13 years' experience based in Kent, UK.
I have classes at the studio but also on Zoom. I teach every little aspect of correct and safe technique using my knowledge of Pilates.
I teach various levels from complete beginners to experienced students who wish to develop their skills further.
I use my knowledge of Pilates to assess which muscles of yours need further strengthening or stretching and will give you bespoke short exercises to do so you can build your strength and improve from one week to the next.
My Zoom classes are very interactive and friendly. We don't mute ourselves so we can ask questions and share our thoughts and experience. It's a very supportive group and you will feel part of a class even though it is on Zoom.
Bellydance is an excellent way to get fitter, stronger, strengthen your core, glutes and legs while you are having fun.
Classes are each Monday 5.30 pm
And Thursday 10 am
Class price on Zoom is £13
