About Adegoke
I am a dedicated, PGDE qualified teacher with over 10 years of experience supporting primary pupils (ages 5–11) in building strong foundations in Maths and core subjects. Drawing from my Accountancy background, I deliver clear, logical explanations that make numbers fun and accessible. My goal is to boost confidence, close gaps, and help every child thrive, through patient, personalised online lessons tailored to KS1 and KS2 needs.

Teaching Methodology & Techniques
I use a child-centred, interactive approach combining Concrete-Pictorial-Abstract (CPA) progression, hands-on manipulative (virtual blocks, counters, number lines), visual aids, and real-life examples to build deep understanding in Primary Maths and core subjects.
Lessons incorporate games, number talks, step-by-step problem-solving, and open-ended questions to boost confidence, reasoning, and engagement—especially for KS1/KS2 pupils (ages 5–11). I adapt to each child's learning style (Visual, Kinaesthetics, Auditory) with explicit instruction, immediate feedback, and fun activities to reduce anxiety and make Maths enjoyable.
Typical Lesson Structure (1-hour sessions)
0–10 min: Warm-up / quick review + fun number talk or game
10–35 min: Main teaching (new concept explanation + guided practice with visuals/interactives)
35–50 min: Independent practice + problem-solving activities
50–60 min: Recap, quick assessment, homework tips, and positive feedback
