About Andrew
I am a Qualified Personal Trainer with over 10 years of success stories working with clients of all ages, backgrounds, fitness levels and goals.
I am also a Qualified Teacher and actually teach and assess students studying the Level 3 Personal Trainer Qualification.
I also have a Masters Degree in Physical Education.
I aim to use my experience and knowledge to help improve peoples lives in an effective, accessible and sustainable way!

Whatever your goals are, I'm here to help you get there in an effective and sustainable way!
My teaching philosophy follows a client centred approach. Meaning, I adapt to each client and their individual needs and circumstance.
Sessions/Programmes will be tailored to the requests of each client and can include:
- Goal Setting (e.g. Fat Loss, Muscle Gain, Improved Cardio)
- 1-1 Workout sessions
- Workout Planning
- Diet/Meal Planning and Monitoring
- Check ins (e.g. Body Measurements, Weight, Fat %)
- Fitness Testing
