About Symonil
As a Nurse Educator and Registered Nurse, I am committed to helping students succeed in their nursing journey with confidence and clarity. With years of experience in rehabilitation, sub-acute care, aged care, disability, and clinical teaching, I bring both professional expertise and a supportive approach to every lesson. My teaching style is structured yet engaging. I use the sandwich technique: starting with questions to explore your existing knowledge, then moving into interactive discussions with practical examples, and ending each lesson with an assessment to ensure strong understanding. This method builds knowledge step by step, encourages active participation, and develops critical thinking skills essential for nursing practice. Lessons typically run for 60–90 minutes and are tailored to your learning needs and pace. I simplify complex topics, provide constructive feedback, and create a safe, encouraging environment where you can ask questions freely and learn with confidence. These lessons are designed for Diploma of Nursing students and those preparing to begin their studies. Whether you need support in anatomy and physiology, clinical skills, exam preparation, or placement readiness, I am here to guide you with patience, professionalism, and a passion for teaching.
