I am a dedicated Mental Health Wellbeing Practitioner (Level 7) with a passion for supporting individuals in improving their emotional and psychological health. My goal is to empower clients to cultivate healthier habits, improve their mental wellbeing, and develop sustainable tools for managing life's challenges. I am committed to providing a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviours with the aim of fostering lasting positive change

As a Mental Health Wellbeing Practitioner, I offer low-intensity, CBT-informed self-help interventions designed to support individuals in managing a range of mental health challenges. My sessions are tailored to address concerns such as depression, emotional regulation, anxiety, body image, sleep hygiene, self-confidence, and self-compassion. I take an informed, integrative approach that may incorporate elements from other therapeutic modalities to best meet the unique needs of each client. Whether you're looking to improve your emotional wellbeing, build resilience, or enhance your overall mental health, my goal is to empower you with practical tools and strategies for lasting positive change.
