I’m Dr. Karthik; I'm regarded as a patient and organized science tutor. I want to motivate the next generation scientists, engineers and workforce who can change the world. I specialize in making chemistry, biochemistry, and medical science easy to understand through clear explanations and structured guidance. With experience teaching university and senior-secondary students, I focus on building confidence, strengthening fundamentals, and helping learners progress at a steady, comfortable pace.

Here's my tutoring Approach- Dr. Karthik
I teach with a simple goal: I want to help students understand complex scientific ideas clearly. In this AI era I will build your confidence, and teach in a way that sticks.
My lessons are ideal for: University students studying chemistry, biochemistry, medical science, neuroscience, or related subjects
Senior secondary students preparing for advanced science pathways
Early-career researchers who want support with experimental design, data analysis, or scientific writing
Adult learners returning to science or preparing for health-related study
My qualifications and experience: I finished my PhD in Medical Science (ANU); Master of Neuroscience (Advanced; ANU) and Bachelor of Pharmacy; Diploma in Psychology. I have about 5 years of experience teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students in lab and classroom settings in Aus.
I have experience supervising Honors, Master’s, and medical researchers. I have taught medical & pharmacy students in high-school and university level, and guided students in chemistry, biochemistry, neuroscience, and broader medical science.
I try to break down tough topics into plain-language explanations. I would help the student take their own notes using clear frameworks/diagrams/step-by-step logic, so you can revise effectively.
I will always draw on my research experience to show how classroom concepts appear in labs, diagnostics, and biomedical research.
I prefer most lessons to run 60-90 mins, depending on the student’s needs.
A typical session includes: A quick check-in on understanding; A focused explanation of the topic; Guided problem-solving or data interpretation; A short recap with key takeaways and next steps
