About Colleen
Hi, I’m Colleen, a qualified Life Coach with 15 years of coaching experience. I hold an International Life Coaching Diploma from the Life Coaching Institute in the UK, as well as qualifications in Transformational Coaching, Anxiety Coaching and Accredited Teen Coaching.
Before becoming a full-time coach, I spent over 20 years working in corporate environments, including HR, payroll and office management. Working closely with people throughout my career made me realise how much I enjoy supporting others, helping them recognise their strengths and encouraging them to reach their potential. This ultimately inspired me to pursue coaching as a career.
I became a personal development coach in 2011, and since then I have had the privilege of working with people at different stages of their lives. I particularly enjoy helping young adults and adults who may be feeling stuck, lacking confidence, facing a career or life transition, or simply unsure about their next step.
My approach is practical, supportive and non-judgemental. I believe coaching should give you a safe space to talk openly, gain clarity and understand yourself better, while also helping you take practical steps towards the changes you want to make.
I don’t believe in giving you a list of answers or telling you how you should live your life. Instead, I use coaching techniques, thoughtful questions and practical tools to help you discover your own answers, recognise your strengths and move forward with confidence.
I became a coach because I genuinely believe that people are capable of more than they sometimes realise. My goal is to help you bring out the best in yourself and create positive, meaningful change in your life.

Every coaching journey is different, which is why I tailor each session to your individual goals, challenges, and strengths. My coaching style is practical, supportive, and goal-focused, creating a safe, non-judgemental space where you can explore what's holding you back and develop realistic strategies to move forward with confidence.
I use a combination of transformational coaching techniques, confidence-building exercises, mindset work, and practical action planning to help you create meaningful and lasting change. My aim is not to give you the answers, but to help you discover your own.
I offer coaching in English.
A typical session begins by identifying what you'd like to focus on, followed by guided discussion, practical tools, and achievable action steps that you can apply in everyday life. Every session is tailored to your pace and what you need most at that time.
My coaching is ideal for young adults and adults who want to build confidence, improve self-esteem, manage anxiety, navigate life or career transitions, set meaningful goals, or gain greater clarity and direction. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready for positive change, I'll support you every step of the way.
