Lauren is a fantastic trainer! She's always positive and provides clear instructions. Makes working out fun and keeps me motivated.
Lauren gave me personal training before I was pregnant for general fitness and then once I got pregnant she trained me in a way that kept me fit and was safe for me and baby. After my pregnancy, she created an exercise and nutrition plan with me that helped me get back to fitness and lose the baby weight. I’m actually stronger, fitter and slimmer now than I was before I got pregnant. I really recommend her. She’s improved my relationship with exercise and health so much.
