About James
I have been a personal trainer for a number of years, I have worked in several gyms in London, from gyms focused purely on teaching boxing which is what I did first, to being a trainer at F45. I have also been learning how to adapt my workouts to people who suffer from scoliosis, as I have it myself. I felt it was important to be able to show clients the every day situations even PT’s face.

My classes are based on the clients needs first and foremost, and my approach is very much client led. Depending on the personality of the client I will adapt and change my approach to what situation will work best for them. The workout’s will reflect the mindset of the client, keeping them focused and on plan, whilst also being kind too their journey.
