About Tony
I'm passionate about teaching law and enabling students to develop their skills and become confident and competent in applying their knowledge and understanding.
I have taught Business Law at a London university and have served as a Moderator and Deputy Examiner for an awarding body. This gave me valuable experience in syllabus review, question setting, script marking and examination practice.
My two Masters' degrees are in law and history (both Distinctions) and I have a postgraduate Certificate in Learning and Teaching in Higher Education (Distinction).
I am a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.

Perfect! We went through insolvency procedure and practise and I felt I learnt so much and was very much focused thereafter. I would recommend and have further classes in future where needed.

His classes are dynamic and engaging, and he creates an atmosphere that feels more like an academic conversation than a formal lecture. Perfect! Tony is incredibly knowledgeable, a great listener, and truly takes the time to understand his students’ needs. His hard-working nature is evident in the way he prepares for lessons, making every session engaging and productive. On top of that, his great sense of humor makes learning enjoyable and creates a comfortable environment.
Outside of tutoring, he’s a big dog lover who enjoys long walks with his dog and finds joy in attending church. His warmth and dedication shine through in everything he does. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dedicated and effective tutor!Tony has been a friend to our family for over 30 years. We treasure his friebdship. Tony has a passion for teaching law and a desire to help potential students through legal concepts to build their confidence in the subject. His tutoring style incorporates a blended approach with his particular strengths being in lecturing and facilitating, ensuring his students receive a rounded learning experience.
