Each session is adapted and personalized upstream according to your level and objective. My priority will be to establish a climate of confidence to allow you to surpass yourself while mastering your physical and mental limits. The session will be adapted according to each one in the following way: - Warm-up: Joint mobilization, elevation of the heart rate, preparation of the body for the effort. - Body of session: According to the objective, adapted to each client - Return to calm: Light stretches, exchange on the sensations and feelings of the session.
