Hi, my name is Jay.
For the past 4 years, I have been on a journey to find the right balance between all dimensions of health.
Through trial & error, I have discovered ways to improve my own mental, social, spiritual, emotional, and physical health and would love to help you find your own balance and achieve overall health and wellbeing.
