I ensure that every student has a personalised approach to their learning, with work tailored to their individual needs. I regularly monitor progress to ensure the highest outcomes for my students. I use my experience of both teaching and marking for the exam board to ensure my pupils can tackle exam questions successfully and do not lose key marks from a lack of exam experience.
