About Lindsey
I am a qualified secondary school history teacher and I have been teaching since 2012. I have taught KS3, KS4 and KS5. I am also an A-Level and GCSE examiner so I have a broad knowledge base on how to approach and succeed in exams. I have both a degree and masters degree in Education studies and history and I am passionate about both subjects and have a broad and detailed knowledge of them.

My teaching method is wide ranging and I adapt my sessions to the needs of the students. I can provide a wide range of activities to maintain the students’ interest. I base my lessons on having a strong subject knowledge and applying this as necessary. I base my classes on fostering a love of learning and a love of the subject by making the subject interesting and accessible for the student. I approach each topic by ensuring a strong foundation for myself so that I can pass this onto the student.
