About Louise
I have over thirty years of experience teaching privately, in state and private education, colleges and universities. I love to build confidence and help people connect with their voices. Vocal lessons are about so much more than just singing. I am a trained hypnotherapist so if you want I can offer this as part of your lesson to help overcome nerves.

I have taught singing since graduating from Birmingham Conservatoire. I specialise in helping those who struggle with anxiety but have taught at University level and prepared dance and acting students for college auditions as well as ABRSM and Guildhall graded examinations. Lessons are fun and focused on individual needs. I am DBS checked, happy to teach at my home studio or in your own home.

Perfect! I came to Louise as a senior singer for advice on singing a solo. To learn technique and the confidence of singing on my own.
With her help over a very short time I achieved my goal and I thank her a lot.
A very good teacher and I enjoyed being in her company- Barrie has a fine voice and was an exceptionally receptive pupil. he was a joy to spend an hour with and his hard work paid off with significant improvements. Louise is an absolutely phenomenal singing teacher who really cares about her students development and enjoyment in singing. She taught me for 7 years, and transformed me from a shy, unsure 10 year old singer to a confident and certain 17 year old who was ready to explore more vocally.
