I am a qualified graphic designer with 4 years experience in the industry. I am looking to expand my skills to teaching. English is my first language and I love helping individuals learn new skills, as it is very rewarding to see someone develop and grow confidence in their abilities.

Depending on the age/level of the student, I would begin by finding out what their most urgent need is. For example, if a 6 year old student is needing to learn English I would begin with the very basics of alphabet and letter recognition and pronunciation. However for someone more mature, for example a high school student needing assistance with classic English literature (book reviews etc), I would work through the material with them, discussing anything that they do not understand and bring attention to the solutions to their problems in the coursework they present.
