About Simon
After a successful career in construction and design i decided to share my skills and knowledge to inspire the next generation, I passed my education and training foundation degree and my assessors qualification and have continued to develop myself through a leadership mentoring programme which after completion as a mentee I am now a mentor for other aspiring leaders in education. I have an up to date DBS certificate and safeguarding training as well as online safety training.

I have a very patient methodology which allows the student to thrive by not fearing mistakes or misunderstanding but instead grow stronger and more resilient. We break things down to develop a strategy to learn how and not just find the answer. This works particularly well with junior age children to allow for catching up and preparing for secondary school.
