About Lucy
My name is Lucy and I am a qualified teacher and experienced Economics tutor. I graduated from the University of St Andrews in 2022 with a first-class degree in Economics and Modern History and have since completed my PGCE in Secondary Economics 14-19 year olds. I currently work as a Sixth Form Teacher of Economics and Business Studies.

Perfect! Lucy is an absolute hidden gem. To give some context, my daughter started lessons with Lucy after struggling with AS Economics. Her school teacher had rushed through the foundations as most of her classmates had already studied GCSE Economics. Despite trying hard, my daughter was struggling to understand the basics and lacking in confidence.
However, all she needed was clear, structured teaching and Lucy provided exactly that. She explains concepts incredibly clearly and uses a whiteboard, analogies and stories to make them easier to understand and remember. Lucy completely changed my daughter’s confidence and even sparked a real desire in her to learn more about Economics.
My daughter went on to achieve a high grade and we couldn’t be happier with the support Lucy provided. I would highly, highly recommend Lucy to anyone looking for an exceptional Economics tutor.View more reviews
