Hello! I’m Robina, a PhD Scholar in Agribusiness and Marketing, holding an MPhil in Administrative and Management Sciences and a Bachelor of Public Administration (Hons.). My academic background, combined with professional experience in Human Resource Management and Administration, enables me to provide students with both strong theoretical foundations and practical, real-world insights.

I am Robina, a PhD Scholar in Agribusiness and Marketing with an MPhil in Administrative and Management Sciences and a Bachelor of Public Administration (Hons.). Alongside my academic journey, I have professional experience in Human Resource Management and Administration in the oil and gas sector, giving me both theoretical knowledge and practical industry insights.
My teaching approach focuses on making complex concepts simple, engaging, and relevant to real-world situations. Rather than relying on memorization, I encourage students to understand the logic behind theories through interactive discussions, practical examples, case studies, and regular practice questions. I adapt every lesson to the student’s learning style, helping them build confidence and improve their academic performance.
